Compliance & Best Practices – Ensure adherence to labor laws, industry regulations, and internal HR policies.

Requirements
Proven HR leadership experience, ideally in the luxury retail sector or a high-touch customer service environment.
Strong expertise in HR best practices, talent development, and employee relations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
Bilingual proficiency (English/French) is highly advantageous.
