Temporary Full-time (1.0 FTE)
EFW Radiology is currently seeking a Temporary Booking Clerk (12 months) to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care!
EFW Radiology owns and operates twelve community-based clinics providing Diagnostic Imaging, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Pain Management services.
The Booking Clerk is responsible for responding to requests for patient appointments. The Booking Clerk works collaboratively with the Booking team and other modality staff to coordinate a superior patient experience.
Booking Call Center Supervisor
This position schedule is Monday to Friday (10:00am - 6:30pm) in a call centre environment that requires prolonged periods of sitting and frontline patient interaction over the phone. Booking Clerks are required to work the occasional Saturday shift on a rotational basis.
