We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented SEO Analyst to take full ownership of client campaigns from start to finish. This is a client-facing role, and you will act as the main point of contact, responsible for all deliverables and communication.
You’ll handle the full SEO lifecycle, including onboarding, keyword research, blog and off-page briefings, audits (technical, content, off-page), competitor benchmarking, performance analysis, and monthly reporting. Campaigns and task delivery must be managed through our internal CRM SENTR, and you will be expected to uphold timelines and documentation requirements.
This role requires a strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO, as well as an ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
End-to-End Campaign Management
Client Onboarding : Lead kickoff calls, collect business objectives, and ensure technical access is complete.
Direct Contact : Be the main point of contact for your portfolio of SEO clients.
Lead monthly calls, send weekly updates, and respond to client queries within agreed SLAs.
Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and align strategy to meet performance goals.
Maintain high satisfaction and retention through clear communication and transparent delivery.
Monthly Reports : Prepare results-driven reports showing organic traffic growth, keyword improvements, and key wins.
Provide clear narratives with insights and next steps aligned to the client’s business goals.
Track KPIs such as visibility, CTR, bounce rate, and conversion trends, using tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, and Looker Studio.
2–4 years of experience in an SEO-focused role, ideally within an agency environment.
Advanced English and Spanish are required.
