Job summary
A leading cruise line company seeks a Junior Lawyer for contracts in São Paulo, Brazil. The candidate will ensure efficient claims services and provide legal assistance on contract matters while ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Responsibilities include analyzing and drafting contracts for various departments, managing contractual matters, and contributing to the legal team's development. A Law Degree with OAB registration and proficiency in English are required, with preference for candidates with experience in the travel/tourism industry.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an in-house legal department.
- Experience in a multinational company in travel/tourism or B2C industry is a plus.

- Analyze and draft contracts for internal customers.
- Manage contractual matters and agreements.
- Maintain contacts between the company and service providers.
- Contribute to the legal team's development and processes.

- Analyses and draft of contracts for internal customers: marketing, operation, finance and commercial, and ensures that the Company replies in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Handling and management of Contractual Matters.
- Keeps contacts and ensures links between the Company and service provider.
- Maintain the control of agreements in force.
- Actively contributes to the legal team’s ongoing development of knowledge, skills and departmental processes.
- Advanced skills in English (spoken and written).
- Law Degree and register at “OAB”.
- At least 2 years’ experience as in-house legal department.
- Experience in a multinational company in the travel/tourism or in other B2C industry will be considered a plus.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines, in a fast paced, rapidly evolving, and demanding industry and work environment.
- Proactive, customer oriented, flexible, adaptable, eager to continually learn.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and communicate with people at all levels.
