Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division is seeking a Senior HR Business partner for our Sao Paolo, Brazil location in the Santo Amaro region. This is a Hybrid position in the office at least 3 days per week.

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be the primary HR contact for the local team, managing daily HR operations and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role requires an in-depth understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with Brazilian labor laws. The HRBP will work closely with management and employees to foster a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
1. Payroll & Benefits Administration | Administração de Folha de Pagamento e Benefícios
• Oversee payroll processing, working with external providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage benefits programs, liaising with vendors to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Stay updated on tax, labor, and social security regulations affecting payroll and benefits.
2. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment | Aquisição de Talentos e Recrutamento
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for various levels, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with managers to define job descriptions and hiring strategies that align with business objectives.
• Implement diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives.
3. Compliance & Legal Matters | Conformidade e Legislação Trabalhista
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws (CLT), health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor changes in employment legislation and update HR policies accordingly.
• Handle labor-related audits and inspections.
4. Performance Management & Development | Gestão de Desempenho e Desenvolvimento
• Support performance evaluation processes, including goal-setting and employee development plans.
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• Partner with leadership to drive talent management initiatives.
Required Skills | Competências Necessárias
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Brazil, preferably in a multinational or regional role.
• Expertise in Brazilian labor laws (CLT), payroll, and benefits administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across functions.
• Fluent English and Portuguese (written and verbal).
