IS Service Manager

We are seeking a Senior SAP BASIS Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our SAP systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP system environments.
2. Perform system health checks and troubleshoot technical issues.
3. Conduct regular system maintenance, including patch and hotfix applications.
4. Assist with system upgrades, testing, and data migration.
5. Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures.
6. Work closely with the SAP functional team to align the system with business needs.
7. Create and maintain documentation for procedures and troubleshooting guides.
8. Implement and monitor system security measures.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Mandatory: Experience with maintenance and operation of the SAP BASIS environment.
• Mandatory: Experience with system performance tuning, problem analysis, upgrades, and system administration.
• Mandatory: Advanced English; Spanish is a plus.
• Preferred: SAP HANA certification and experience with SAP Solution Manager.
• Preferred: Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, CRM, NetWeaver, and other SAP systems.
• Preferred: Familiarity with AIX, Oracle databases, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
• Work Model: Hybrid, 2x per week in the office.
