We are looking for a licensed attorney in Brazil to join our team, and work closely with U.S.-based attorneys, as well as our paralegals in South America and the U.S., to manage complex U.S. immigration cases. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding high potential individuals and businesses through the intricate U.S. immigration landscape. A successful candidate will have excellent writing, research and analytical skills to assume responsibility in an active and diverse immigration practice. The applicant must be fully bilingual in both English and Portuguese.

This role requires excellent communication skills both via email and orally. It is exceptionally important that we communicate with our clients in both a timely and effective manner.

Our workforce uses their own devices, ensuring flexibility in how our team operates remotely. A stable internet connection with a speed of over 25 Mbps is required.

• Strategic Case Analysis: Dive deep into complex EB-2 National Interest Waiver and EB-1 Immigrant Visa cases, identifying opportunities and potential challenges.
• Meticulous Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research to ensure compliance with U.S. immigration laws and regulations.
• Persuasive Legal Writing: Craft compelling legal documents, including petitions, briefs, and memorandums, to advocate for your clients' interests.
• Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients, providing clear and concise information and solicitation of documentation throughout the immigration process.
• Global Teamwork: Collaborate seamlessly with a diverse team of legal professionals across the globe to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Licensed Lawyer in Brazil
• 3+ years of legal experience (preferred, not required)
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• A passion for immigration law and a desire to make a positive impact
