ISP LATAM Strategy Associate – CEO Office
Purpose of the role
The ISP Strategy Associate will support our regional and school leaders in LATAM and play a key role in turning our Schools into Schools of Choice by working on strategic analysis for each of our schools in the region. They will be responsible for preparing and coordinating high-quality strategic reviews of schools, supporting the definition of school-level and regional strategies, and contributing to other strategic reports for the Group.
This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to synthesise complex information, and the capability to develop clear, actionable recommendations. The Strategy Associate will act as a trusted partner to the CEO Office, ensuring that strategic insights and reviews directly inform school improvement and regional growth.
Reports to: CEO Office
