Your expertise will be essential in enhancing patient comfort and promoting their health and well-being.
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and wound care, in patients' homes
- Monitor and document patients' health status, reporting any changes to the physician
- Assist patients with daily living activities, fostering independence and dignity
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and care plans
- Develop and implement patient-centered nursing care plans
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and support
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Nursing License
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Experience in homecare nursing preferred but not mandatory
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to provide individualized patient care
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach with a commitment to high-quality care
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be a resident of Dubai or willing to relocate
- Availability to start immediately or on short notice
Salary + Benefits
9 hours a day 6 days a week
Salary 5000 AED - 8000 AED depends on experience
Duty Hour - 11 am - 8pm
