What Does a Food and Beverage Server Do?
As a Food and Beverage Server, your role is to ensure guests receive attentive and friendly service while enjoying their meals and beverages. Your fluency in Russian will help you connect with international guests, enhancing the personalized service that Fairmont is known for.

What Are the Key Responsibilities?

1. Provide welcoming, engaging service to all guests in the dining area
2. Assist guests with detailed menu explanations and beverage recommendations
3. Maintain full knowledge of food items, specials, garnishes, and preparation methods
4. Be well-versed in beverage offerings, promotions, and pairings
5. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures while handling food and drink
6. Comply with service standards and outlet procedures at all times
7. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely and accurate service delivery
8. Respond to guest feedback or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
9. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service operations

What Skills Are Needed for a Food and Beverage Server in Ajman?

Education:
- Diploma or vocational training in hospitality or F&B is a plus

Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an asset
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not required
