We are on the lookout for a Revenue Analyst - Rooms to assist the Rooms Revenue team, who will effectively maximize all opportunities to increase total revenue, through planning, forecasting, analysis, pricing, and inventory management. As a Revenue Analyst - Rooms, you will be handling our Rooms divisions. In this role, you will provide the company with quality data on business performance, through reporting and analysis and relevant recommendations, as well as sharing regular reporting of key metrics for each revenue stream and understanding overall performance and specific drivers. In addition to the above, you will measure revenue performance daily, conduct regular industry benchmarks to provide background information for the entire strategy, and identify tactical opportunities to maximize revenues across the resorts through pricing adjustments, promotions, operations optimization, sales, etc.

If you have a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, or a related field, and at least 1-2 years' experience in Revenue Management, ideally Rooms division, or Reservations, as well as strong analytical skills and advanced computer skills (Excel, PMS, CRS, Web), we invite you to apply for this unique opportunity. • Revenue Tracking and Analysis:

  • Monitor Revenue Streams: Track various sources of revenue (e.g., product sales, services, subscriptions, etc.) to ensure they align with the company's financial targets.
  • Conduct Revenue Analysis: Analyze sales data, revenue trends, and historical performance to identify patterns, fluctuations, and areas for improvement.
  • Forecasting: Prepare revenue forecasts and projections based on historical data, market trends, and internal business performance.

• Reporting and Presentation:

  • Create Reports: Prepare detailed reports on revenue performance for internal stakeholders, including management, finance teams, and department heads. These reports may cover areas such as sales performance, budget variance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze Variance: Highlight discrepancies between actual revenue and projected targets, providing insights into why the deviations occurred and recommending actions to address them.
  • Support Decision-Making: Provide actionable insights based on revenue data to help departments and leadership make informed strategic decisions.

• Pricing and Strategy Optimization:

  • Price Optimization: Assist in determining the best pricing strategies for products or services by analyzing customer demand, competitor pricing, and market conditions.
  • Revenue Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for revenue growth, such as new pricing models, promotional strategies, or upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Discount and Promotion Analysis: Analyze the impact of discounts, special offers, or promotional activities on revenue and profitability.

• Budgeting and Financial Planning:

  • Support Budgeting: Work with finance and accounting teams to assist in the development of revenue forecasts and budgets. Ensure revenue goals align with overall financial strategies.
  • Monitor Financial Performance: Track and compare actual performance against the budget, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.
