Job Responsibilities:
- Finding suitable candidates from the CVs submitted daily by recruiters to match the various open positions from clients as per the enquiry analysis report.
- Understand the client requirements and submit CVs to suit the positions within three days of receiving an enquiry.
- Share with Sales Coordinator salary details of the candidates to prepare costing sheets and submit proposals to Customers.
- Fill each open position within the shortest time possible.
- Confirm and reconfirm candidates' availability and start dates before committing to Customers.
- Achieve monthly posting targets issued by EoD Director based on overall budget committed to the GM.
- Meet candidates face to face to ensure they are briefed on CNS values/documentation.
- Understand candidates and their reliability before presenting them to customers.
- Negotiate with candidates regarding salary to suit the stipulated budget depending on the customer pricing.
- Ensure the collection of documents prior to posting to site.
- Schedule customer interviews and inform candidates.
- Attend and observe customer interviews with our candidates to understand the pattern of requirements so that the candidates and recruiters can be guided accordingly.
- Evaluate test results and devise plans for constant improvements.
- Define processes for smooth filling of open positions.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance of recruiters.
- Lead recruiters for timely filling of all open positions within the timeframe.
- Monitor consultancy agreements and candidate acceptance.
- Guide, train, and lead recruiters to find the right candidates.
- Meet and evaluate all recruiters on a weekly basis to assess their focus.
- Provide daily/weekly positions to be filled based on priority and customer requirements.
- Monitor Smart Recruiter postings by the recruiters.
- Conduct periodic training for recruiters on Smart Recruiters.
- Monitor outsourcing staff appraisals.
- Recommend increments and prepare change status letters.
- Conduct appraisals and recommendations each month for staff completing 12 months.
- Handle staff terminations and exits.
- Inform IT for email cancellation and IT asset recovery as per the staff exit.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR Management.
Additional Information:
The candidates must have 10 years of experience in the engineering service recruiting field.
