Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Assistant Manager (2 years preferred).

The ideal candidate will assist in supervising housekeeping staff ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety protocols and helping manage inventory and schedules.
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing housekeeping operations.
- Supervise, train and motivate housekeeping staff to meet quality standards.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
- Coordinate daily staffing and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linen and equipment.
- Address guest complaints or housekeeping issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
- Support onboarding of new staff and conduct performance evaluations.
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities and report to senior management.
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Assistant Manager (2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Working knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools and products.
- Familiarity with housekeeping software or facility management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
