Alokozay Group of Companies is seeking a qualified and SIRA-certified Security Head to oversee all security operations and related logistical support within the organization. The Security Head will manage a team of security personnel, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure the safety of company premises, personnel, and assets.
Responsibilities:
Team and Security Management:
- Oversee and coordinate security staff across various shifts, ensuring comprehensive safety coverage across all company locations.
- Develop and manage duty rosters for security staff to maintain 24/7 protection, ensuring effective coverage for each shift.
- Conduct regular training sessions on security protocols, emergency response, and best practices for all security personnel.
- Ensure all security policies and procedures comply with SIRA standards and local regulations.
Access and Visitor Control:
- Monitor and manage access control systems, including CCTV and other surveillance equipment, to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Handle visitor management, including the application for gate passes and entry clearances, to ensure safe and controlled access to company premises.
Logistical Coordination and Support:
- Coordinate accommodation for new employees at designated labor camps, ensuring all required facilities are provided.
- Arrange uniforms and necessary resources for staff and laborers to ensure they are equipped according to company standards.
- Work closely with the catering company to organize timely meal arrangements for factory employees and address any meal-related issues promptly.
- Assign cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all company premises, including offices, factory floors, and common areas.
- Submit requests for cleaning supplies and other necessary materials to the Admin team to ensure availability of essential resources.
Incident and Emergency Management:
- Lead and respond to all security-related incidents, managing emergency response, and coordinating with local law enforcement if required.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and follow-up actions for all incidents, maintaining accurate records for accountability.
Asset and Risk Management:
- Regularly conduct security patrols across company premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Oversee asset protection efforts to safeguard company property, equipment, and vehicles from potential damage or theft.
- Conduct periodic security audits and risk assessments, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Valid SIRA Certification is mandatory.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in security management, preferably within corporate, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in creating duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Excellent communication and incident management skills.
- Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and general security best practices.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing support tasks and personnel.
