We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer with over 5 years of experience in the UAE’s Facility Management industry. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Malayalam and Arabic to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele. The role requires strong sales, client relationship management, and market expansion skills to drive business growth.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Facility Management sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business trends.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Facility Management business development.
• Strong network and understanding of the UAE market.
• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam, Arabic, and English.
• Proven track record in generating leads and closing business deals.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
