Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services.
Preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal.
Conducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability and encouraging clients to invest.
Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties.
Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas.
Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale.
Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
Communicating with the concerned department to prepare sale and lease documents.
Requirement:
Must-Have 2 years of Real Estate Experience (Abu Dhabi).
Minimum High School Certificate preferably Graduation.
Good Communication Skills.
Multilinguistic - English - Arabic - Hindi/Urdu.
Driving license with car is a must.
