• Consolidation of GCC In-Market sales reports of all countries.
• Prepare Stock in days for GCC.
• Prepare Monthly IMS Sales Analysis for Finance.
• Prepare Monthly IMS Dump segregated consolidation files for Marketing and GCC team.
• Preparing Objectives of the month for GCC.
• Prepare Factsheets of all countries.
• Consolidate weekly Shipment & IMS for all the countries in the tracker.
• Filing and record of SOPs of the GCC.
• Monthly incentive consolidation and sharing with HR.
• Decks/Presentations for Business Reviews.
• Service Level tracking and Analysis for INTL.
• Quality Complaints Consolidation for GCC.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: 4 or less years of relevant experience.
• Skills:
• Excellent Communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to analyze data to optimize sales efforts.
• Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders effectively and professionally.
• Able to take lead and responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Able to work with other department heads to develop effective strategies.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Knowledge of trends and regulations in GFI sales channels.
