- Transforming client processes and optimizing their management practices.
As a Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (Commercial / B2B) you will:
- Support the launch of new Corporate/Commercial products and monitor & optimize existing products.
- Implement Go to market strategy.
- Support active commercialization of propositions by working with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Help in developing management Information/Performance dashboard on a corporate card portfolio.
- Ensure all revenues/costs are accounted for regularly.
- Support end-to-end owners of the proposition for a seamless client journey.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand the needs of businesses.
- Prepare and present reports on the performance of the commercial products.
- Align product features with the risk and fraud framework.
- Support the optimization of Credit Risk policies.
- Provide internal training on new products.
- Collaborate with client internal stakeholders to implement new CVPs.
- Support review of process flows and customer journeys.
Execution and Implementation- Support in the delivery of large programs for clients from initiation to benefit realization.
- Execute projects across different clients/businesses, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Develop strong bonds with clients that endure beyond a particular assignment.
- Identify new business opportunities to support clients with Mastercard solutions.
All About You- Experience in the delivery of large, complex projects/programs in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
- Domain knowledge of the payments industry and hands-on experience in Commercial Cards.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders under deadline pressure.
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and manage multiple issues under pressure.
- Able to lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals.
All About Your Education & Skills- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- Fluent in local office language and English required; other languages desirable.
- Exposure in payments and/or retail banking preferred.
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required.
- Willingness to travel.
- 10 to 12 years of Corporate/Commercial products experience.
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong team player, results-driven, and high level of energy and initiative.
- People management skills.
