Job summary
A leading financial services firm in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager for Commercial Card Sales. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in commercial card sales, especially within B2B payments and know the UAE market well. This role is crucial for launching a new Virtual Prepaid Crop Card targeting corporate clients, combining sales growth with product refinement through client feedback. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and experience with virtual card products are essential for success.
Qualifications
- 8-12 years in commercial card sales, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
- Experience with virtual prepaid or corporate card products.
- Understanding of Mastercard and co-sponsor models.
Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition and onboarding of corporate clients.
- Deliver tailored sales pitches and demos.
- Monitor usage metrics and report performance insights.
Skills
Location: Dubai
Term: 12 months
Reports to: Head of Commercial Cards
- 8-12 years in commercial card sales, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
- Proven success in B2B payments, especially in agriculture, procurement, or SME verticals.
- Experience with virtual prepaid or corporate card products.
- Familiarity with onboarding workflows and platforms like TSYS Prime or similar.
Mandatory requirements:
- Strong understanding of travel industry dynamics, supplier payments, and virtual card solutions.
- Strong sales execution skills with a consultative approach.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (product, ops, compliance).
- Understanding of Mastercard and co-sponsor models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English.
To launch and scale Banks new Virtual Prepaid Crop Card under a co-sponsor model, targeting corporate clients in agriculture and procurement sectors. This role supports both sales growth and product refinement through client feedback and internal collaboration.
- Drive acquisition and onboarding of corporate clients.

- Collaborate with product and operations teams to refine card features.
- Monitor usage metrics and report performance insights.
- Conduct client training and internal enablement sessions.
- Ensure compliance with onboarding and servicing protocols.
- Deep understanding of commercial card products and virtual prepaid solutions.
- Knowledge of regional market dynamics and client needs.
- Experience with card lifecycle management and client onboarding.
- Familiarity with card platforms, reporting tools, and transaction monitoring.
