Job description

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Provide efficient and courteous handling of present customers or over the phone, providing necessary information, service booking, and guidance.
  2. Welcome service customers by arranging to seat them and keep them comfortable until they are attended to by the Service Advisor.
  3. Direct the customer to the relevant advisor who will attend to them.
  4. Call customers to get feedback on their visits to ATM.
  5. Be part of the telemarketing activities during campaigns.
  6. Support the reception in managing the courtesy vehicles.

Job Requirements

  1. High school certificate.
  2. 1-2 years relevant experience.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  4. Customer service skills.
  5. Exposure to a multicultural environment.
  6. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
