The ideal candidate will market and sell Prins Autogas systems and technology to commercial fleet, taxi, and e-hailing sectors within the Gauteng region.
The role is to develop and onboard new business, and to retain clients with the objective of maximizing revenue.
The sales position requires a blend of interpersonal skills, technical knowledge, and salesmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying potential customers, such as commercial fleet managers, taxi and e-hailing groups/associations through various channels like networking, cold calling, or attending industry events.
- Building relationships: Developing rapport with potential customers, understanding their needs and budget, and presenting the benefits of Autogas systems tailored to their specific requirements.
- Handling objections and educating customers: Addressing concerns about Autogas technology, safety, performance, and costs, providing reliable information and dispelling myths.
- Negotiating and closing deals: Reaching mutually beneficial agreements with customers, offering competitive pricing packages, and securing sales.
- Preparing quotes and proposals: Providing detailed estimations for Autogas system installation, including costs, components, customer ROI and expected benefits.
- Liaising with installation technicians: Coordinating with technicians for timely and efficient conversion procedures.
- Post-sales customer support: Assisting customers with any queries or technical issues after installation.
- Managing administrative tasks: Handling paperwork, invoices, and reporting as needed.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- 3+ years of direct sales experience (experience in fleet sales is advantageous).
- At least 2 years of sales experience with a documented successful track record in selling high-end products and/or services in the relevant industry.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Driver's license.
