360 Recruitment Consultant (JB5215)
Location: Bedfordview, Johannesburg, Gauteng
Salary: Basic of R30,000 negotiable + 20% commission
Benefits: Fuel & Cell Allowance + 50% Medical Aid Contribution

Are you a driven, target-focused 360 Recruitment Consultant with proven experience in business development and end-to-end recruitment?

Do you thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments and have a track record in sectors like engineering, mining, oil & gas? If so, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

We are seeking a confident, experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage both client development and recruitment delivery. You’ll be part of a team that rewards initiative, delivers results, and provides the tools and support to run a successful desk — but you must bring the hustle.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, with a strong focus on business development.
  2. Full-cycle / 360 recruitment experience – able to manage both client and candidate processes.
  3. Ability to recruit for contract and permanent roles across various sectors.
  4. Comfortable working in a high-performance, in-office setting.
  5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  6. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (client visits required).

Responsibilities:
  1. Full 360 recruitment: client acquisition, job intake, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, placement, and onboarding.
  2. Proactively drive new business development and grow your client base.
  3. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients across engineering, technical, and FMCG sectors.
  4. Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Placement Partner (ATS), Career Junction, PNET, and internal databases to source candidates.
  5. Headhunt passive candidates and build talent pipelines for high-demand roles.
  6. Travel to client sites to better understand hiring needs and build rapport.
  7. Work toward and exceed monthly targets related to revenue and placements.
