Are you a driven, target-focused 360 Recruitment Consultant with proven experience in business development and end-to-end recruitment?

We are seeking a confident, experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage both client development and recruitment delivery. You’ll be part of a team that rewards initiative, delivers results, and provides the tools and support to run a successful desk — but you must bring the hustle.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years recruitment experience, with a strong focus on business development.
- Full-cycle / 360 recruitment experience – able to manage both client and candidate processes.
- Ability to recruit for contract and permanent roles across various sectors.
- Comfortable working in a high-performance, in-office setting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (client visits required).
Responsibilities:- Full 360 recruitment: client acquisition, job intake, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, placement, and onboarding.
- Proactively drive new business development and grow your client base.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients across engineering, technical, and FMCG sectors.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Placement Partner (ATS), Career Junction, PNET, and internal databases to source candidates.
- Headhunt passive candidates and build talent pipelines for high-demand roles.
- Travel to client sites to better understand hiring needs and build rapport.
- Work toward and exceed monthly targets related to revenue and placements.
