The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen interest in retail sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Job Description

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
2. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives
3. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
5. Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively
6. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
8. Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
9. Assist in merchandising and visual displays
10. Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Job Requirements

1. 1+ years' experience in fashion retail
2. Adaptable and a fast learner with a client-centric mentality
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Strong customer service orientation
6. Must be able to work retail shift hours including weekends & public holidays
7. Minimum GCE O Level certification or equivalent
