Sales Executive (F&B Leasing)

Our client is a restaurant management company that operates and franchises in Singapore and other Asian countries.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess market trends to uncover and evaluate new food and beverage retail leasing opportunities that foster business growth.
• Develop relationships with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders to negotiate and close lease agreements.
• Work with marketing and operations teams to drive leasing efforts and support tenant onboarding.
• Monitor and report on the performance of leased properties, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 2 years of business development and leasing management experience in F&B or retail industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills for data and reports.
• Good knowledge in commercial leasing processes.
• Proven negotiation skills, communication, and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Salary: $3,300 to $3,500
