Sales Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Everbest Shoes & Handbags Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our retail store.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and assisting customers with product selection and purchases
2. Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing store environment
3. Handling cash and card transactions accurately
4. Restocking and replenishing product displays

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer service or retail role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
4. Enthusiasm for providing a high level of customer satisfaction
5. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Able to converse in English and Chinese
