We are looking for an experienced Visual Commercial Merchandiser who has a creative flair for styling and also loves engaging with people!

Responsibilities:

1. Knowledgeable of the seasonal trends, understands and can identify key pieces in current collections, must-have pieces, and understands the company's and market trends.
2. Demonstrates knowledge on handling procedures of mannequins and how to dress them by following company standards.
3. Works on mannequins and dresses them in key looks representing the current collection and understands the setup guidelines.
4. Shows a clear understanding of how commercial decisions impact store performance and can analyze the impact (results) of commercial decisions.
5. Identifies and acts on creative and visual ideas for the store.
6. Supports other store functions when needed, e.g., shop floor, housekeeping.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of working experience in the fashion retail sector preferred.
2. Visual flair and creative thinking.
3. Strong systematic and organized approach to work.
4. Strong leadership and management skills.

Commitment Hours:

1. 44 hours/week.
2. Able to commit to weekends and public holidays (shift work, retail hours).
3. Operations start as early as 7 am and end as late as or at 11 pm.
