Quality Control jobs in Spain

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of projects by the site teams and contractors at all times. Identify problems and recommend areas for improvement.
• Assist in tendering for new consultancy projects.
• Coordinate closely with in-house Designer, QS team, and manufacturing team.
• Work closely with contractor, sub-contractor, and building management.
• Any other related duties as assigned from time to time.
• Candidate must be hardworking and able to work independently and under pressure.
• Ensure all works and site staff adhere to all safety regulations.
• Handle handovers upon project completions and follow up with Clients thereafter.
• Travelling overseas if required.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years related local working experience.
• Preferably experienced with specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Able to interpret interior plans and familiar with building and safety regulations.
• Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
