We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sports & Events Executive to join our team! This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sports, love interacting with people, and enjoy planning and executing exciting events.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sports Coaching & Training – Conduct cycling training sessions and develop cycling programs for various skill levels.

· Event Planning & Execution – Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of cycling programs and team-building events to ensure smooth operations.

· Client Engagement & Customer Service – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage inquiries, handle event registrations, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

· Facilitation & On-Site Event Management – Serve as an event facilitator, managing event flow and ensuring all participants have a fantastic experience.

· Coach & Crew Management – Train, supervise, and coordinate part-time cycling coaches and event facilitators.

· Marketing & Promotions – Support marketing efforts, including social media content creation and event promotions.

· Logistics & Equipment Management – Oversee logistics planning, inventory management, and maintenance of training equipment.

· Performance Tracking & Reporting – Gather post-event feedback, track key performance metrics, and provide reports for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

· Outgoing and energetic personality with a passion for sports and events.

· Proficient in cycling and comfortable with public speaking.

· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in sports coaching, event management, or customer service is preferred.

· Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media tools is a plus.

· REQUIRED: Class 3 driving license (Auto or Manual) to drive company van.

· Comfortable working on at least one weekend per week.

· Physically fit and comfortable conducting outdoor events under varying conditions.
