The Senior Lab Analyst is part of the pioneer team in the startup of EVAL production line, assisting the Chemist in setup of QC Laboratory at new EVAL site, including training of Laboratory analyst, Laboratory system establishment and management to achieve safe and stable commissioning and startup of the new plant.

Responsibilities:

• Perform raw material, intermediate and final product Quality analysis.
• Interpret and report test results accurately and timely based on test method.
• Support troubleshooting technical issues pertaining to equipment and analysis.
• Support establishment and maintenance of lab system and equipment validation and calibration.
• Maintain quality documents and develop quality procedures.
• Provide training to Laboratory Analysts and Process Technicians in analysis instrument procedures.
• Manage and maintain chemicals, reagents, and consumables.
• Support Procurement process and upkeep of inventory.
• Implement and improve analytical and equipment work processes.
• Participate in safety and quality improvement activities.
• Other tasks as assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or a related Science field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in an analytical laboratory environment.
• Hands-on experience with GC, ICP, Titration, and polymer testing equipment.
• Hands-on experience with equipment calibration and reagent preparation.
