A private equity firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support finance operations. Job DescriptionBlack Kylin Investment Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day finance operations. The role requires handling full sets of accounts and communicating with English- and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, bank reconciliations, and accounting schedules
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of finance records
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and financial statements
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and external vendors
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of financial information
- Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager
- Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience handling full sets of accounts
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (required to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders)
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly
- Experience in private equity, investment, or financial services is an advantage
