As an HR Associate at Shopee, you will be allocated to a specific HR function, such as Employee Engagement and Recognition, Recruitment and Employer Branding, Learning and Development, or Talent Management. The exact domain you will focus on will be determined 1-2 months prior to your joining, based on the evolving needs of the organization and your personal preferences. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible and open to being allocated to any HR function, adapting to the organization's needs. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment, working closely with senior HR leaders and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive our people's agenda.
