We are seeking a Digital Growth & Performance Manager to lead and execute end-to-end digital acquisition and revenue growth across our gyms and wellness studios.
This is a hands‑on, outcome‑driven role responsible for building and optimising the full digital‑to‑revenue funnel, from paid advertising and SEO to landing pages, lead management, conversion optimisation, CRM integration, and sales enablement.
The successful candidate will own digital demand generation, performance marketing, funnel optimisation, and growth analytics, working closely with operations and frontline teams to convert leads into trials, memberships, and long‑term customers.
Success in this role is measured by qualified leads generated, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and revenue impact, not vanity metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Growth Funnel Ownership
- Design, manage, and optimise full acquisition funnels: Ads → Landing Pages → Lead Capture → CRM → Appointment Booking → Trial → Membership Conversion
- Build automated lead flows including acknowledgements, reminders, no‑show recovery, and retargeting
- Segment leads by personas such as switchers, beginners, PT seekers, and class‑focused members
- Implement lead scoring and routing logic
- Continuously improve cost per lead and conversion rates
Performance Marketing (Paid & Organic)
- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Local)
- Manage campaign budgets, audiences, creatives, and A/B testing
- Implement geo‑targeting around gym locations
- Develop retargeting and lookalike strategies
- Improve organic acquisition through SEO and local search optimisation
- Manage Google Business profiles and review growth strategies
Landing Pages & Conversion Rate Optimisation
- Build and optimise landing pages for campaigns, promotions, and gym launches
- Improve CTAs, forms, page layouts, and messaging to increase conversion
- Conduct A/B testing on headlines, offers, creatives, and layouts
- Reduce friction in lead capture and booking flows
- Analyse user behaviour and optimise funnels accordingly
Marketing Technology & Platform Integration
- Own integration across website, landing pages, Meta, Google Ads, CRM, and gym systems
- Implement Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution
- Ensure clean lead flow into CRM and booking platforms
- Maintain marketing automation and tracking infrastructure
- Improve data accuracy and reporting integrity
Sales Enablement & Operations Support
- Develop lead handling SOPs with gym teams
- Define response time SLAs and follow‑up workflows
- Provide WhatsApp and sales messaging templates
- Support frontline teams with appointment booking flows
- Train staff on lead management best practices
- Improve show‑up and close rates through process optimisation
Retention & Re‑engagement Campaigns
- Design win‑back campaigns for dormant leads and members
- Support class participation drives and PT upsell funnels
- Develop reactivation and seasonal retention initiatives
- Improve customer lifetime value through targeted engagement
Campaign Strategy & Business Growth
- Plan monthly growth campaigns for each gym or studio
- Support gym openings, class launches, and promotions
- Execute referral and corporate outreach funnels
- Continuously refine customer personas and targeting strategies
Analytics, Reporting & Commercial Insights
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on leads, CPL, conversions, trials, and memberships
- Analyse funnel performance and recommend improvements
- Track ROI by channel and campaign
- Provide commercial insights to management for growth planning
Creative Direction (Non‑Design)
- Define campaign messaging and creative angles
- Brief designers and content teams
- Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms
Expansion Support
- Support new gym and studio launches with pre‑launch funnels and early‑bird campaigns
- Build waitlists and opening‑phase acquisition strategies
Requirements
Must Have
- 3 to 6 years experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, CTAs, and lead optimisation
- Working knowledge of SEO and local SEO
- Experience with analytics, tracking, and conversion attribution
- Familiarity with CRM or booking system integrations
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset

- Experience in fitness, wellness, retail, or service‑based industries
- Familiarity with gym or booking platforms such as Glofox or similar systems
- Basic copywriting ability for ads and landing pages
