Qualificações
Salesforce Certified Administrator is required.

Responsibilities
Administer and configure Salesforce Education Cloud
Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Maintain data quality, governance, and security across Salesforce platforms
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems, preferably using MuleSoft
Build automation with Flows and Process Builder
Create and manage custom objects, permissions, profiles, and layouts
Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and defects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for releases, testing, and deployments
Document solutions and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices
