YOUR ROLE
To support the Aerospace sector consisting of both locally controlled and network business. To respond and provide our network offices with the best solutions and quotations in order to collectively win such overseas controlled/network business.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Primary focus will be Air freight Export and Import opportunities.
Accountable to provide the best Air freight solutions and pricing to our overseas CEVA offices.
Secondary focus will be Ocean freight Export and Import opportunities.
Accountable to provide the best Ocean freight solutions and pricing to our overseas CEVA offices.
Act as backup to other BD Support within the local Air & Ocean BD aerospace team and vice-versa.
Shipment coordination for specific accounts.
Execute and control the implementation of activities in line with the validated SOP.
Maintain and update SOPs, contact matrix, and transport mapping.
Work closely with the KAM and customers on common/recurrent service issues and provide improvements/solutions.
Flexibility of ideas to transfer risk management into alternative solutions to ensure any service disruption could be recovered smoothly.
Analyse monthly data and transpose to reports, KPI.
Support on quotations, tender management.
Contact customers following sales calls to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Able to start immediately/short notice preferred.
Minimum diploma qualification in business administration/logistics/supply chain.
Knowledge in air and ocean freight forwarding industry would be ideal.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
