Key Responsibilities

• Handle cargo shipments and documentation accurately and efficiently
• Engage with airlines, agents, and third parties to ensure seamless operations
• Manage and oversee a team of handlers to maintain productivity and quality
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address their needs
• Multi-task and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role

Salary & Remuneration

• Basic Salary from $2,600
• Monthly allowances averaging $200+
• Sign on bonus up to $5000
• Eligible for OT
• Variable Bonuses (AWS / Performance Bonus)

Requirements:

• Minimally Diploma
• Must be able to commit to rotating shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
• Prior experience in cargo handling is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen learner who can work independently and as part of a team
