Accounts Assistant - ZC

Job Info:

• Basic up to $2800 + Transport & Meal Allowance $400 + VB
• Monday - Friday; 9 am - 6 pm
• Pioneer

Key Responsibilities

• Handling and managing the cash book and reimbursement claims
• Daily accounting duties including AR / AP functions, preparation of monthly journal vouchers for review by the Senior, and inputting of all accounting entries into the accounting system
• Follow up on outstanding AR
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily bank balances
• Monitor and maintain Fixed Assets
• Process daily data entries such as supplier invoices, receipts, and payments
• Prepare monthly management reports such as sales reports and PowerPoint presentation slides for management meetings
• Quarterly GST returns and other accounts-related matters
• Support audit-related activities
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
