Key Responsibilities:

You are to be attached to Primary Industries, a subsidiary company of SATS Food Services (SFS), where the core business is offering livestock services for a diverse range of animals.

This role reports to the General Manager, where you will supervise day-to-day maintenance operations and processes.

  1. Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensure continuous learning through training, enforce safety awareness, and increase operational efficiency.
  2. Maintenance of building M&E facilities, troubleshoot and repair operational machineries, survey and inspect all installation and repair activities performed.
  3. Engage in the selection of external contractors, review RFQs, set KPIs, track performances, validate, and approve contractors' invoices.
  4. Assist in budget creation and tracking of expenses for the leadership team.
  5. Plan and schedule workface to support timely inspection, repair, and ensure company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition.
  6. Uphold and implement workplace safety policies and standards.

Key Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, administration, or facility management.
  2. Minimum experience of 10 years in a supervisory role.
  3. Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and chiller systems.
  4. Familiarity with drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics.
  5. Effective communication and people management skills.
  6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
