Project Specialist, Chartering Operations is responsible for managing and optimizing the operations of vessels and other transportation assets for a NEOM DSV JV. You will collaborate with vendors, internal & external stakeholders, to ensure goods are planned and transported in line with country and NEOM regulations.

• Vessel Operations: Ensure the optimal use of vessels or other assets to meet the company's transportation needs.
• Charter Negotiations: Negotiate charter agreements with service providers, including terms, rates, and conditions.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, freight rates, and vessel availability to make informed recommendations.
• Contract Management: Ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.
• Operational Coordination: Coordinate with operations, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of charter agreements.
• Risk Management: Mitigate risks associated with charters, including legal, financial, and operational risks.
• Customer Relations: Maintain and develop relationships with clients, owners, and other stakeholders.
• Reporting: Prepare reports related to chartering activities.
• HSE & Risk Management Plans: Ensure they remain visible, and are being adhered to.
• Ensure all owned, chartered, or rented equipment meets or exceeds both regulatory and NEOM Standards.
• Ensure that operations work within the KSA Regulatory and NEOM Framework.
• Manage assets and available business in such a way as to minimize operational expenses while maximizing equipment utilization and driving profitability.
