D365 Senior consultant

This consultant participates in every aspect of the Microsoft Dynamics solution implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the application to meet the customer’s needs:

1. Participates in every aspect of the solution implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s needs.
2. Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes.
3. Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
4. Demonstrates experience in use of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology, Sure Step; understands the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects.
5. Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
6. Responsible for configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer’s business requirements.
7. If modifications/customizations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics application, the Application Consultant facilitates the customer’s decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process.
8. Responsible for conducting acceptance testing and training customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.
9. Has industry experience and understands challenges and risks when implementing vertical applications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Finance, Supply Chain, Project Accounting implementation and software competency is a must.
• Analysis and Design skills.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Sure Step implementation methodology.
• Good command of both English and Arabic languages.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Flexible with working hours.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shift with changing priorities.
• Collaborating with business owners to capture business requirements (remotely and in-person).
• Driving quality, testing and delivery methodology processes to ensure successful transition and client satisfaction.
