This role offers a unique opportunity to interact with AI models in multi-turn conversations to create target webpages with dynamic functionality. Candidates will apply deep technical knowledge, creativity, and critical analysis to evaluate and enhance AI-generated outputs, contributing directly to the next generation of AI-powered tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality prompts to guide AI models in generating accurate and functional webpage outputs
• Evaluate AI model performance and provide rankings based on accuracy, usability, and design fidelity
• Implement frontend functionalities using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when AI-generated code is incomplete or incorrect
• Explain decisions and logic in a clear, structured format to support model improvement and team learning
• Conduct peer code reviews and contribute thoughtful feedback to maintain code quality across the project
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to iterate on output quality and web experience

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• At least 5+ years of experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in a production environment
• Proficiency in frontend development principles, UI/UX patterns, and responsive design
• Intermediate knowledge with Python
• Strong critical thinking skills with knowledge of algorithms, system design, and coding best practices
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to clearly explain logic, provide technical documentation, and collaborate across teams
