Job Purpose
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth. Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, you will primarily focus on paid advertising and website projects, ensuring campaigns are well-optimized and aligned with business goals. This role requires a data-driven mindset, hands-on execution, and a strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing strategies.
What will you be doing?
- Paid Advertising (PPC & Social)
- Support the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and recommend adjustments to improve ROI.
- Assist in managing relationships with digital agencies for paid media initiatives.
- Website & Conversion Optimization
- Assist in website updates, landing page creation, and A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Work with the Head of Digital Marketing to implement website improvements.
- Monitor tracking and analytics to measure website and campaign performance.
- Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Help maintain data integrity in HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking, lead attribution, and reporting.
- Support lead management processes, including lead scoring and segmentation.
- Monitor key demand generation metrics and provide insights to optimize performance.
- Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Content, Product Marketing, Sales) to align campaigns with messaging and business objectives.
- Assist in email marketing initiatives, audience segmentation, and automated nurture campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices to continually improve strategies.
What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role (preferably in B2B SaaS).
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization best practices.
- You prioritize accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
It would be nice if you also had (but not essential):
- Experience working with landing page builders (e.g., Prismic).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for minor website edits.
- Previous experience working with a digital agency.
