The Team
Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad hoc on-demand project delivery. You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.
Role:
As a Project-Business Services Manager you will act as a critical business partner for our client’s marketing team across a variety of campaigns and projects. You will manage and coordinate the execution of administrative processes associated with purchasing (e.g. statements of work, purchase orders, etc.) and act as our client’s point of contact as an expert in navigating interactions with finance and legal. By becoming a subject matter expert (SME) for all contracting and purchasing processes, you will play a key role in improving our client’s workflows, reducing workload and delivering better compliance.

Required Qualifications
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills: with a comfort at operating as an embedded consultant delivering directly on client projects as part of an integrated marketing service. Project management: track record of independently driving outcomes in complex business environments while collaborating with multiple stakeholders, strong orientation and high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, showing a high attention to detail. Experience and interest working with finance, legal, compliance functions on behalf of the marketing function. Proven ability to work effectively with multiple functional teams. Outstanding execution, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills.
