Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Specialist will be:

1. Taking care of inquiries from customers
2. Responding to inbound calls, being responsible for orders, coordinating product shipment to customers
3. Providing support and direction to customers, resolving their issues in a timely and empathetic manner
4. Compliance with product utilization

Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:

1. A native level of German and a good level of English
2. Enthusiasm about medicine and affinity for providing help
3. Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create
4. Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people
5. Being energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast pace
6. Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle

8. Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required)
