We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer professional willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a FULL REMOTE position.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience to design and deliver robust solutions for our investment management platforms. You’ll leverage .NET/C#, WPF, and Azure to architect systems, mentor junior developers, and drive Agile/DevOps practices—all while deepening integration with financial market data (Equity, Fixed Income, FX).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership: Design and develop scalable applications using .NET/C#, WPF, and Python (nice-to-have). Architect-oriented solutions with Azure cloud integration. Champion Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices. Conduct code reviews, technical validations, and mentor team members.
2. Financial Domain Expertise: Integrate with core investment/market data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters). Solve complex problems in portfolio management (buy-side focus preferred). Translate business needs into technical solutions for office stakeholders.
3. Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver impact projects. Stay ahead of emerging trends (Data Science, AI) and regulatory changes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have: 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ in financial services (front-office/buy-side). Expertise in .NET/C#, WPF, SQL, and Azure cloud services. Proven experience in application architecture and SOA. Strong Agile/DevOps/CI-CD mindset. Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.

Nice-to-Have: Python, asset class knowledge (Equity, Fixed Income, FX). Test-driven development (TDD) experience.

Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to explain technical concepts to tech audiences. Structured problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
