Your New Role

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and participating in internal initiatives to enhance the current QA methodology with cutting-edge tools and techniques. You will be responsible for defining test strategies, designing test plans, coordinating test phases, and managing both internal and external teams to ensure comprehensive end-to-end Oracle Retail solutions are successfully implemented. Your role will also involve reporting progress to leadership and representing QA in key decision meetings.

What You'll Need

1. 8-15 years of experience in IT Quality Assurance, including test planning, execution, and management.
2. Proven experience in coordinating QA teams within IT projects.
3. Strong understanding and experience with testing automation tools and techniques.
4. Proficiency in English.
