The company is a Pakistan-based software consulting and development firm. It has a team of skilled professionals from Asia providing cost-effective and quality solutions to its clients. Located in Dubai and Lahore.

Opening: Senior Business Development Manager

• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to drive the company's growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Generate new leads with the help of digital platforms and build a sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop customized proposals.
• Market research and strategic planning for growth and improving the company's outlook.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our services.
• Work on the company's portfolio and strategies to improve our products and services.

Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical experts, and clients to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Communication:
This is a sales/business development role that requires both internal and external communication. The person should be good at communicating within the team and with clients as well. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must.
