E-commerce Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver Exceptional Customer Support
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
  2. Manage Orders and Returns
    • Process orders and returns with precision to ensure smooth fulfillment.
    • Maintain accurate records of tracking numbers for efficient order monitoring.
  3. Engage in Live Customer Service Chats
    • Address customer queries through live chat platforms.
    • Resolve account-related concerns and provide timely solutions.
  4. Utilize Technology for Efficient Service
    • Leverage computer operations, including data entry, to handle customer interactions.
    • Use Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, to enhance service processes.
  5. Communicate Effectively
    • Demonstrate a strong command of written and spoken English for clear and professional communication.

Qualifications:

  • Location: Must be able to commute daily to our office in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce or knowledge of eBay operations is a significant advantage.
  • Technology: Must bring your own laptop to the office daily.
