Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through research, outreach, and qualification. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target accounts
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, email campaigns, and cold calling to generate qualified leads
  • Maintain and update lead database with accurate and detailed information
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and pass on warm leads
  • Track and report on lead generation KPIs and campaign performance
  • Identify trends, provide feedback, and recommend improvements to the lead generation process
  • Collaborate with marketing to support lead nurturing strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus
  • Experience with email marketing, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or automation tools is advantageous
