Creative Manager

This is a full-time creative manager role at Japan Electronics located in Islamabad. The Creative Manager will be responsible for:

• Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators.
• Oversee the creative process from concept to execution for campaigns, branding, digital content, and more.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative strategies with business goals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written materials.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables efficiently.
• Stay updated with creative trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand fresh and engaging.
• Coordinate with partner agencies and consultant firms and ensure things are as per the requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a creative leadership or management role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
