Work Location: Pasir Gudang - Johor

Reporting to: Engineering and Maintenance Manager

1. Manage, supervise and provide technical advice which is related to mechanical mostly and provide support to other sub-dept as required.
2. Work on the plant maintenance assignment related to OPEX and CAPEX with proper justification, workplan, costing, payback and sustainability.
3. Able to work using SAP system to manage the maintenance jobs, spare parts and assets.
4. Prepare necessary report/training material and able to train and coach subordinates to upskill their technical knowledge on a monthly basis.
5. Understand the GMP, HACCP and Food Safety requirement of the plant and ensure plant maintenance jobs are executed as per requirement.
6. Identify, plan, execute and monitor maintenance jobs to strictly follow the Kerry Safety Standards, KIRMS, ISO45001, ISO14001 and local statutory requirements.
7. Understand the Environment Sustainability objective and able to lead team to achieve the target given.
8. Coordinate with suppliers/vendors on the service and spare parts and ensure the maintenance budget is controlled and communicated effectively to Maintenance Manager and Engineering Buyer.
9. Provide technical support to Engineering Store as needed to ensure spare parts management follows the Kerry Standards.
10. To assist and take over regular duties from the Maintenance Manager whenever requested.

1. Degree in any Engineering discipline.
2. At least 15 years working experience in related field.
3. Certified Chargemen - AO min.
4. Good knowledge in electrical and instrumentation.
